MOTIVATION

 Why i want to lose weight and become athletic
( in no particular order)


1. To be more confidant about who i am, to know i had the strength and willpower to make a huge change
2. To be intimate with my husband and not worry about my giggly thighs, huge love handles, or lumpy mommy pooch
3. To not take so long getting ready in the morning because my shirts are too clingy and jeans too tight.
4. To create a healthy living foundation for my children
5. To have more energy
6. To be able to wear non plus sized lingerie and swimwear bottoms
7. To release stress from my life
8. Have an amazing "after" photo
9. Wear designer jeans without a muffin top
10. Fit into a single digit size
11. Say "So long 200's"
12. Be happier
13. Run a 5k
14. To not feel like people look at my husband and I and think "why is he with her?"
15. To not be just a pretty face
