First post!

    
  Hello everyone, and nobody since i have no followers yet! ha! I have just completed the first week of my new life! Really exciting. What is even more exciting is that i haven't wanted to stop and give up! I have never felt determination like this, not even when giving birth to a 7lbs love nugget. Even my Devin (my husband) commented on how he has never seen me this motivated before. I downloaded the Myfitnesspal app and have been staying within 1400 calories and exercised 60+ mins 5 times this week! I am loving how i feel after my workouts, i feel like i have more patience with my children, like my chest is open and light, and am happier :) The workouts aren't easy but listening to some upbeat music and staying focused sure helps. And same goes with the diet as well, just finding creative new ways to eat favorite foods. Some of our favorites have been no guilt enchiladas, black bean soup, sausage potato soup, stuffed bell peppers, and lettuce wraps with coconut quinoa! Remember the more committed you are the more success you will find.
